We see wellness as the process of exploring and understanding our experiences, getting to the root of our challenges and moving more towards happiness and health. Sometimes we get stuck or lose our direction along the way resulting with symptoms of dis-ease. Our passion is to guide and support you through this journey of reconnecting to your self.
We utilize a combination of positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, mind-body awareness and nervous system training with studies in neuroscience, stress physiology and attachment. With personalized tools and education, you will come to better know, understand, and love yourself, deepening your connection to your heart, each other, and your world!
